Incredible views from the room and an outstanding location close to the mountains and lakes. the breakfast was decent with a range of fresh and organic products offered. the room was spacious and cozy with all facilities provided.
The staff was unhelpful and didn't speak English, which made communication a nightmare. the parking was limited, and as we arrived later, we had to park on the street, which wasn't secure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was one of the best aspects - the selection of food was impressive and fresh. I was able to make my own juice and even cook my eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to iron my shirt and allowing a late checkout. The location was convenient too - I enjoyed a nice walk from the hotel and the view from the room was breathtaking.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a breathtaking view from the balcony, just like in the photos. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Not only did they offer to iron our shirt last minute, but they also provided umbrellas and allowed us to have a late checkout. Lastly, the breakfast was an absolute highlight. The wide selection of delicious food, including the option to make fresh juice and cook our own eggs, exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay at this hotel during Christmas time. The food was fresh and delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, including my personal favorite, freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was also great, with easy access to both the mountains and nearby town. One other advantage was the comfortable bed, which allowed me to sleep soundly through the night.
My experience was tarnished by a number of negative aspects during my stay. the staff struggled with English, making communication difficult.
